It is my hope that the Bouncy Bands will help my students to stay on task when they feel they need a physical outlet. I have observed students in other classrooms who manipulate the bands without being disruptive or drawing attention to themselves. This allows all students to stay on task and learning becomes consistent and focused due to movement that meets the need of the student who utilizes them. Reading is the foundation to all learning. I want to breed a love of reading in my classroom. I want my classroom to be filled with books that interest students on various levels. Many students do not realize that reading filters into all academic subjects especially math. I will encourage all my students to be successful in all areas.
