The materials chosen will be big, bright, and easy to use during their learning experiences. They will be able to come up to the board and interact with the magnetic math manipulatives. Every child in the room will be able to see the modeling and participate in the whole class engagement. For example, students will use the base ten magnets in front of the class, rather than in their seats. This way learning will be shared interactively throughout the entire class. Every student will experience hands-on learning. They will be allowed to see it, touch it, and manipulate it to enhance their learning experiences.
