My students have significant needs and there is a necessity for modifications/accommodations so that they can become more successful in and out of the classroom. They need more technology for increased motivation and engagement during task completion. They so enjoy exploring the tablets, and it does not feel like work to them, even though they are learning while using them. They also need a space to take a sensory break. These supplies will help them achieve more, whether it be in the educational setting or in the real world, because they boost their self-regulation and communication skills. Correctly implementing these tools can help the students gain more strategies that will be used for the rest of their lives.
