If funded, this project will help students become more engaged in the learning process which will have a positive impact on student achievement. Chromebooks will be used as learning stations; therefore, students will be able to work independently for remediation and enrichment. Students that are below grade-level or struggling with a skills can work on activities tailored to their needs. Students that are grade-level and above will work on activities that challenge them. According to Peter Hill, we learn best through and with others;therefore, students will use Chromebooks to work collaboratively in small/large groups to gather information and create given task(s). Lastly, students love technology, so as educators, we must use techniques/instructional strategies that address students' learning modalities.
