Hi! I'm Ms. Britton and I'm the school librarian at Byck Elementary. I love my school and students. Many of my students are dealing with stressful challenges daily so my goal is to make the library a safe, fun environment where learning happens through play! My school is located in a very high poverty neighborhood. 80% of the income for families is lower than the states' average therefore many of the students do not have a lot of books and technology at home. I want to give them every opportunity to read as many books as possible and explore technology.
