Your generous donation to our project will improve our ELA classroom by building stronger readers and writers while encouraging them to think more globally. I will use these novels throughout the year to engage students to compare and contrast characters, to be able to see and understand the different viewpoints, and to open their minds to the way people live across the world. I will also discuss the author's purpose, the use of text based evidence, the different dialects the characters use to communicate, while incorporating essential language skills needed to improve their writing. By donating to our class library, you are opening so many opportunities for students to travel to many different places that they normally would not get to visit.

About my class
