Students have a better opportunity for learning when they are broken into small groups and are not just sitting in a classroom listening to the teacher talk and then retell what the teacher said. In the classroom, the learning is split into smaller, manageable parts that the students learn from known as stations or centers. When students are grouped into smaller groups and work as a small group, they are able to support one another, learn from one another and to engage in meaningful discussion. Digital task cards are one of the opportunities the kids will be able to do using the tablets.
