Help support Ms. Love's Classroom

I am request furniture for flexible seating in our learning lounge. Flexible seating give students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them, and help them to work collaboratively, communicate, and engage in critical thinking. Evolving the classroom space to meet students’ individual needs impacts how they learn, how they interact, and the entire classroom experience. I want to strive to make my M & M Learning Lounge a choice students come to relax and learn. It’s been my dream to make my classroom look more like a “Starbucks for kids”, and less like, well, a classroom. With such hyperactivity in the classroom research shows that when student are able to move without distracting other they will stay focus and do their best work. With that in mind I have choose regency small stools and a pub table with swivel chairs that are designed for students on the move, this furniture allow for movement in all directions while seated, which means even restless students can still move around without disrupting the rest of the class. Finally, I chose to keep the M & M Lounge cozy and give it a home like feeling. I would love to add these rocker's with footrest. The rocker base will allow kids to gently rock while working or reading their favorite book. Therefore, revitalizing space is a straightforward way to let students exercise their choice in the learning environment and find academic success on their own terms. With your help I can make a dream for my student become reality.
