Our system is a great school system but the lack of funding from the state often prohibits students from accessing the tools neccessary to thoroughly engage with the course and themes of the class. Through the generous donations of many donors, my students will be able to culturally enrich their learning experiences. With the purchased novel A Glass Castle: A Memoir, my students will complete a novel study which will enable them to examine and engage with a world outside of their own. They will be given the opportunity to explore different themes that connect to a broader sccope of learning and ultimately equip themselves with the knowledge and undestanding of others needed to become morally responsible adults.
