I believe that children are individuals that need to feel secure, cared for, and to have a stimulating atmosphere in which they can grow and mature. As an educator, it is my responsibility to provide a safe environment that invites students to share ideas. My role is to guide my students by allowing their natural curiosity to direct their learning. It is important to also promote respect for all things and people.
