With a bundle of thank yous, I would like to welcome you all to my classroom page. The sole purpose of this page and my mission as a teacher is to put children first. Over the course of the last 20 years, I have devoted my life and my husband's checkbook (LOL!) to helping to create a space where students feel excited, feel loved, feel safe, and feel inspired. After all these years, I am finally asking for a bit of help as a means of taking this humble space to the next level. Due to the changing economy in our state, we are remaining vigilant utilizing every resource available to help the students achieve success. In the past year, our free and reduced lunch population has grown to 56% and we are currently deemed a Title One School. With an increased amount of at-risk students, we are working tirelessly every day to meet the diverse needs of each child.
