By getting these new exciting books in our classroom, it will help my students become grade level readers. Not only are students receiving new books to read and explore, they are also getting the wonderful gift of literacy. Once students begin to enjoy reading different genres, their academic confidence will grow exponentially. These books will hopefully help many young children learn to love to read. The books I am asking for will positively impact each child's reading fluency and proficiency. I believe with new books in our classroom my third grade students will stop being labeled as struggling readers and will continue to strive to become better readers.

About my class
