The use of this whiteboard would greatly benefit my students in many many ways. We would use it every single day! Being English language learners, visual support is crucial to my students learning. This Smartboard allows interactive, hands-on, visual learning for students who rely heavily on graphic support. Coming from diverse backgrounds, and mostly low income families, the students in my class don't get to experience the luxury of iPads, laptops, and at home technology. Having a Smartboard would not only benefit them now, but prepare them for a future and enhance their learning opportunities in our ever evolving world of technology.
