I have the privilege of teaching third grade at a small and loving elementary school nestled in the neighborhood where I raise my family. Both of my children attend Pennington Elementary and I consider it a "hidden gem" in our community. Third grade is an intense and rigorous year of learning and preparing scholars for standardized test. I'm always researching and looking for ways to keep my students energized throughout the day. I've noticed an improvement in my students ability to stay focused and concentrate when given the choice to have alternative seating in the classroom. My third graders give 100% and I want to give back to them by providing a comfortable work spaces that are conducive to learning. My goal is to create an environment where students feel relaxed and at home. With your donation, I will be able to make this happen!
