I hope to make my classroom an even more comfortable space for students. Having a choice as to where and how they are seated will give them a better mindset when they enter the room, and help them to be more comfortable, which will make my class more pleasant for them. Flexible seating also helps students who need to move, and helps them begin to take charge of their own learning. Very often, my students enjoy other options I can currently give them like sitting at a table or sitting on the floor to work. With this project, I hope to allow more choices for them, and change the configuration of the room to make it more friendly for students.
