As a public school, funding for materials and resources are scarce. The a large majority of the families we serve live below the poverty line. As STEM becomes a more increasing and emerging field, we encourage our students to learn and thrive in subjects such as mathematics and the sciences. I am starting a new classroom, and I need scientific calculators for my students. These children need calculators to advance their understanding of mathematics and sciences to better prepare them in their continued education and future. Help foster their desire to learn and help me supply calculators for my classroom. Not only will this help my students beginning in the fall, this will help every student that passes through my classroom doors in the future.
