This project will provide trapezoid step-over dummies, cones, and a quarterback net for our football program. These items will allow us to effectively train all players throughout the year in an effort to increase their speed and agility. The quarterback net will also allow us to train our quarterbacks during the season and off-season in good and bad weather. These items will allow our program to enhance our players skills throughout the year while also teaching character and work ethic to each player. Southside High School is compromised of disadvantaged students from struggling families in the inner city of Greenville, South Carolina.

About my class
