This upcoming school year, 2017-2018, will be my second year as a lead teacher! As a new teacher, setting up a classroom can be very expensive. Previously, I have served as a City Year AmeriCorps member and received my Masters in Education at Boston College, while co-teaching in Boston Public Schools. I am so excited to be launching my career as a teacher in Boston Public Schools and in the 2nd grade! My class is full of emergent bilingual learners who are eager to learn both English and the 2nd grade curriculum!
