My students are always ready to dig deeper into their learning through the use of technology. Students will be using the iPads during our math time to help them better understand concepts being taught, and to strengthen and expand their knowledge of the lessons they have mastered through educational apps. During our reading centers the iPads will be used as a listen to reading center. With the use of the apps on the iPads students will be able to listen to books that focus on their interests. This will help develop students love for reading and math! Having the iPads in the classroom will mean endless learning for our classroom and for future students! The safe and proper use of technology is a skill that all students need to learn. By having iPads in the classroom students will be able to grow in this 21st century skill area. Students are coming to the classroom with more and more skills in the use of technology. I would love to be able to continue to build on their knowledge with the use of educational apps and programs.
