The physical education equipment will allow students to participate in new activities during recess and physical education (PE) classes. These activities will be fun and offer new experiences. Some examples are double dutch, tennis, and Four-square. My students need to participate in jump rope, 4-square, wall ball, and other team sports during their recess and PE. These new activities can help broaden their view of sports into new areas of teamwork and competition. Students in my classroom need more exposure to non-traditional activities and team sports. These new options will open up opportunities for participation and individual experience and confidence.
