In the classroom, we do not have an easel which would be used majority of the time for parallel teaching. In an ICT classroom there are two teachers, and basically, we need two of everything, including the kidney table and the easel. We spend majority of our day in different small group instruction for station teaching or parallel. This becomes a challenge when you don't have the space or enough tables to put together. Plus a dry erase board big enough to convey the concept. The task becomes harder and you become creative. In spite of that, it is still difficult to teach without those items, one teacher is always at a disadvantage.
The donation of the kidney table and the easel will help to perfect the teachings of my co-teacher's and I by increasing versatility within the classroom. Transitioning and developing the concept (teaching) will be easier and manageable. Student already enjoy our activities and participant well, but this will bring more organization and visible engagement and learning for the students.
