These materials will make a HUGE difference in my classroom. It helps create a positive space for reading. Some of my students struggle with reading and have built a very negative perspective. Setting the mood and space to create a positive and calming environment has been so helpful to reset their thinking. Since creating this cozy space, many of my students look forward to their day of reading a book of their choice. The way the classroom environment is set up can shift the mood and attitudes of the students.
