The school I teach at is considered "hard to staff"; however, I feel we have one of the greatest staffs of any school. The kids here are challenging, but like anybody, they want to be treated with equality and respect. At the end of the day, I drive home feeling good about myself for helping these kids laugh a little and learn a little.
