All kids love to learn, and they are all unique. First graders are full of energy and wiggles. The items I am requesting will allow them to get some wiggles out as they learn. The stability balls and wobble stools will play a big role allowing them to stay focused on their own work, rather than pestering others and getting in trouble. The hand held fidget devices will also help during carpet time. Their hands will focus on the fidgets and not on poking and pinching. The world of education is changing and I am willing to change with it! Many people do not understand the struggles happening daily in our students' lives. If I can be the person and teacher to make them feel for comfortable and successful in their life then I will know I have done my job to the best!
