My gifted fifth grade class will embark upon an amazing journey this year! Through reading books about strength, courage, and cultural diversity, my students will be exposed to multiple perspectives as to why things are they way they are. The supplies will help my students increase their knowledge of other cultures and they will be able to learn about them and express their learning through multiple representations such as written work and through art projects. I sincerely appreciate this opportunity to be funded for such an amazing experience for my students!
