The educational toys will allow the students to work together building and solving problems that will help them develop important skills for their future. Our kids need problem solving skills and the Picasso Tile Maker set and Blokus will help. Students in middle school also need heroes to emulate, and that's why I chose so many books that feature successful people. With these donations our students will be able read and research role models. Being mindful of many of our student's impoverished backgrounds the chance to play, develop and build are important steps to encourage at this critical time in their growth process.

About my class
