I am requesting a document camera for my art students because it will greatly help with how they can visually see the demonstrations. We are grateful for our large and artistic room where the students have a lot of space to create, but seeing demonstrations are difficult. Most of the time the students can't see what I am doing because there are no good angles for me to stand so they can all see what I am doing. Students then need the directions and shown individually what we are creating for the day because they couldn't see. Being able to project my demonstrations for the students up onto our projector would greatly help them. Since the students are at an elementary school level, walking them through step by step demonstrations really helps them to learn how to use different tools and mediums. Demonstrations being magnified onto the project at a larger scale would greatly benefit my students.
