Learning to read and spell sight words is an important part of becoming a fluent reader and writer. Most of the time this is taught with flashcards which isn't very engaging. Having these DVDs will teach my students how to read and spell sight words in a fun and exciting way. My students will be learning new words and they won't even realize it. This will help improve their reading fluency and help them spell common words that can't be sounded out. By having these DVDs my students will also be excited to come to school and see which new words we are learning that day.
