I am a special education teacher, teaching a Kindergarten-First and Second grade bridge class. My class is a 12:1:1 special ed. setting. consisting of 12 students, a classroom paraprofessional, a language paraprofessional, as well as a one-to-one paraprofessional and myself. Even with all hands on deck, our students continue to face academic challenges. With the help of Donors Choose, I hope to be able to provide my students with appropriate help and support that is needed in order for my students to perform to their fullest potential.
