As a third year teacher I have learned so much, so quickly about the various needs of students. I have found that what you learn in school only begins to prepare you to meet the needs of all learners. I have found that a key ingredient to students' success is their ability to be comfortable in the classroom. Once a child is comfortable in their surrounding, they are able to attend more fully to the task at hand. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. I hope to continue to improve my classroom environment for children so that all children have choices for seating that make them most comfortable. We talk to students about becoming a family, trusting each other, and giving our best. I believe to make students truly believe these ideas and trust in them that we must make the classroom as friendly and comfortable as possible. I want students to walk in to the classroom and feel at home, after all they spend almost as much time there! Thank you for your consideration and helping me and our classroom grow!
