My students are teenagers, one young woman and four young men, from Harlem, New York. My students all have Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are obsessed with technology in my classroom. One of my students loves using the iPad and can navigate it with ease. Another one loves researching recipes and cartoons on the laptop. All of my students are excited to come to school everyday and participate in lessons that help them access the world around them. Our school is located in East Harlem, New York, a low income area. We love learning about new places and new environments.
