Welcome to my 3rd grade classroom page!! I have 28 fabulous third grade students. My students thrive on working collaboratively with their peers. My classroom includes flexible seating options which allows students to choose a space where they can do their best work. Students in my classroom may chose to sit during math, stand during science and lay on the floor during reading. Everyone knows that kids work differently and learn differently. A flexible seating environment gives them the option to figure out what works best for them. It gives students a choice in learning. It builds a lifelong foundation of collaborating more effectively with others and essential skills for life beyond the classroom. This environment will continue to help our students become 21st Century learners and thinkers.
