My students come to me from a wide socio-economic background...truly the "haves" and the "have nots." It is my belief that ALL children deserve to have the same opportunities, especially in school, and in music, and I look for every opportunity I can to help close the gap. Helping to provide all of my students with the exact same equipment will help to not only produce a better musical product, but also give all my students the feeling that they are equal.
