Our elementary school is in a high poverty area that doesn't allow these children the opportunities many children their age have. I try to give all these children a fun and creative environment to learn and to explore their creativity. Empowering them through art has shown the most results and interest. I try to incorporate art in every subject, so the children stay engaged and learn the material necessary to build a great foundation for their future years in school.
