I teach 2nd grade in a school in Nashua, NH with moderate poverty. My children are kind , eager to learn, and very inquisitive. I get so excited when I hear them ask questions about a topic we are studying in school. It may be something as simple as "Is Dr. Seuss still alive? or "Did you know that the heads side of a coin is heavier than the tails side?" These are such teachable moments and I would welcome another computer in the classroom. This type of computer can also be placed in one of my weekly literacy centers or used to help my ELL students. I want to keep this excitement and love of learning growing in my students.
