Today's students are overstimulated and overwhelmed with social, academic, and family responsibilities. This is particularly true for students who live in urban settings who are helping to support their families while growing up. These items can be used by students to help them destress when they are feeling overwhelmed and provide them them resources to research college and career opportunities. Though our school counseling office does the best we can with limited time and funding, these items will help give our students a stress-free place to unwind and learn to be successful. Please help me give my students the best chance that they have to succeed in life!
