We are an amazing middle school team of cross country runners who, last year, were Area 3 Champs in three out of four divisions. We had an awesome showing at our State Meet of Champions as well, with our top boys runner placing in the Top 3 of his division. Both boys and girls squads had such a successful season as well as unique diversity among them that we inspired others. With all of our success, our team almost DOUBLED this season from the last. We are in need of uniforms for our team so that we show a united front of superstar athletes with the school spirit and vigor necessary to be a success. We will go into our first meet (and probably the first half of the season until the funds can be raised) wearing non-matching uniforms with a team that has a rich past already and an amazing future ahead of them. We are a family; we want to be seen as a united front, one that is a force to be reckoned with at each and every meet. This is also the first year that we will be putting together our first meet that we are hosting; with this lack of uniforms and equipment, the situation with planning and funding the meet will be set back as well. These kids deserve the best, and I want to give them the best. I cannot express how much these kids and their parents have enriched my life as a coach as well. The money we are looking to raise will be used to replace the uniforms and equipment necessary for the team to be successful. We need your help as soon as possible. For those that donate, I cannot express to you how thankful we will be.
