These resources will absolutely help my students to continue the social-emotional and academic learning which has been restricted by health guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, and due to social distancing guidelines, the opportunity for collaborative work was taken away from our students. The requested items will help our students to set up a production studio where we can begin to work together to create amazing content for our school. If the materials are donated, we have plans to create videos that will reinforce in our student body the 8 keys of excellence. We will also have students work together, and collaborate with teachers, to create weekly video updates that can be viewed by the student body and parents. Through these opportunities, the students will be able to learn how to support each other as we create content, and these opportunities will help to reinforce creativity as the students write the scripts that will be used. We will also be teaching students about post-production, and how to create quality videos that can be shared and viewed by others.
