The bell sets chosen are highly portable and easily utilized for multiple grade levels. This makes them especially helpful for our school as I need instruments that can be transported between classrooms throughout the day without taking up a lot of space. These bell sets will teach students how music notation is used to perform music on real instruments. These instruments come in packs of 6 for a total of 18 instruments, allowing students to double up with a partner during lessons. It will also provide students the opportunity to perform together in a group, giving them a more complete ensemble performance experience. With these instruments I will be able to develop a curriculum around pitched instrument performance to compliment the singing and bucket drumming curriculum already in use.
