"When are we going to read Wonder?" urge my fourth and fifth graders. Due to their persistence, I decided to start a "book club" during lunch recess, where my students voluntarily choose to sit with their peers, and read this wonderfully inspirational story that has helped my students to remember that, as people, we all face adversity in our lives and are blessed by the friends and families who love and support us.
