My classroom research lab is an area where our children love to explore, create and work together to discover new things. After COVID hit, our technology was misplaced, overused and out of date. Many of our computers came back from distance learning missing charging cords, with broken screens and viruses wiping out data. This is very frustrating when it comes time for any independent or group research in the classroom. Not to mention time for typing or those dreadful statewide assessments. We would benefit greatly from an updated laptop that can be used for whole group activities when hooked up to our Active Board. It can also be used for students to research in class.
