My students are from very diverse backgrounds. We have students who have promise to become the first ones in their families to receive a high school education. These kids require love and nurturing from teachers because oftentimes they don't get it from home. Our school doesn't have the funds necessary to help push our students to the next level and allow them materials that they need in order to be successful inside and outside of the classroom.

About my class
