There are currently three classes of 37 students who are pursuing the medical pathway. The students in the VHS medical academy are all highly motivated and have varying interests in the medical fields. Some of them are interested in becoming EMTs, others wish to become nurses or physician's assistants. Others still have specific interests such as becoming a pediatrician or an OBGYN. Whichever area of the medical pathway they wish to pursue, our students are dedicated to learning about biology through the lens of medicine. Our students are a tight-knit group who help each other study, engage in volunteer opportunities outside of school, and self-govern the medical academy.

About my class
