My students are talented and enthusiastic learners who are still excited to come to school each day. Unfortunately, most live in a rough neighborhood, and 100% of our students qualify for free lunch and breakfast. Our school has historically performed poorly on state tests, but we have a new, passionate principal (now in his 2nd year) who is helping to change the culture of the school and transform our students' educational experiences in very positive ways.

About my class
