I love the look on my students face when they tell me they self check out a book from the library. "Look, look, I just checked out...this book and it is due....but I will have it read before then!" "Ms. teacher...when is my book due?" Everybody needs a reminder, sometimes. The receipt printer will help my student become more independent and responsible library users by reminding them of when their books are due. By giving kids the opportunity to self checkout books, I am able to spend more time with students needing help finding books they need according to their reading level and interests. We need the Receipt Printer Productivity Bundle and protection plan.
