My students are responsible and engaged and show great preference to where they sit and focus best. I have a few students who would prefer to stand, but I have limited counter space in the back. These students would greatly benefit from a Safco Products 1201BE Alphabetter Stand-Up Desk with Swinging Footrest Bar as well as the Learniture Rectangle Collaborative Desk with Curved Edge, Maple, LNT-INM1034SM (Pack of 2). If they need to sit they can grab a Roundhill Furniture Contemporary Chrome Air Lift Adjustable Swivel Stool. I also have students who work best on the floor, but there is no place for their belongings/chromebooks or to sit comfortably. By removing some sitting desks and opening up space for the new floor furniture, these students will be more comfortable, focused and will gain much instruction time in having an organized and efficient seating area. By removing a few standard desks I will place the Kids Folding 17" x 11" Lap Desk with Storage and Lap Desk Laptop Tray as student options along with their choice of seating either on the Fun Area Rug Kids Rug Map 5X7 or sit on the Portable Multiuse Adjustable Recliner Stadium Seat/ Stadium seats. The Storex Large Book Bin, 14.3 x 5.3 x 7", Teal, Case of 6 will provide each student with a place to put their belongings. The Fidgeteez Set of 12 Chair Bands and the ECR4Kids ACE Active Core Engagement Stool for Kids will provide other options for my students that need movement, but prefer to work at desk height. I know my students would benefit from some additional seating options and truly hope I can provide them with seating that works best for their learning needs.
