My school is a mix of rural and city students on the outskirts of a small southern city. Our school has really wonderful kids and a hard working staff. We are, however, teaching ~1400 students in a school designed for 800 kids. We live in a county with very low property taxes, but very high expectations of the public schools. My fellow teachers and I spend a lot of our own time and money making this a great place to learn. Our school works hard to prepare our students to become competitive in a global society.
