My students are 4th graders, who mostly live in a great but very modest income community. Our school is a beacon in the community, and a real source of pride to the students, parents, and residence. These are really great, hard working students. Although many of my students may be considered disadvantaged economically, you would not see or know this by walking into our classroom. They are engaged, hard working, and are quite the team players as they work to help each other in their pursuit of their education. These are wonderful students and I am privileged to teach them every day.
