My students are creative, hands on learners. When we work on projects, my students use many areas of the classroom. The biggest issue they are experiencing is the lack of solid level surfaces. Pushing desks together gives them a space to work, but the space is not level and has a crack between the desks. Students often opt to work on the floor. I would like to able to provide spaces where they wouldn't need to sit, kneel, or lay on the floor. The trapezoid tables and chairs will make collaboration easier. When creating projects my students need tables that will give them a smooth even surface and enough space to do their brainstorming and creation of finished projects. The tables would also be used to offer alternative seating on a daily basis.
