Due to increased absences during the COVID-19 pandemic, I spend a lot of my time working on catching students up, which leaves my students that are here all of the time getting less attention. I want to give those students more resources for enrichment opportunities by starting to build a library for them to turn to, with bookcase storage shelves and resources. This will be beneficial for regular class learning opportunities, along with the added benefit of giving students a resource to use when they have completed work. The Artists Children Should Know and Scholastic Art magazines will help give students more access points for learning, to further their educational experience. This can help students to work on the exploration of art movements and artists, which we explore both in reports and in their own artwork. These magazines and books can help students that struggle with a lack of technology resources.
